Bryant Dawson’s journey is pretty inspiring. His story starts in high school where he met his wife. They had 2 children while still in high school, so he knew that he had to make BIG moves to support his small family. He started at the local grocery store making $5 an hour, which as you can guess did not support much. After high school, he decided to travel for work, working in oil and gas. Where he quickly grew in a managing role. With each project he found himself making more and more money, he then had a TAX PROBLEM.  This is where his mindset started to change. He wanted more freedom and to see his money work for him, so he switched gears to real estate.

In the past 10 years, Bryant has completed over 1,800 real estate deals and built up his own property management and construction companies. He’s turned these ventures into a solid real estate empire. Now, he’s passionate about helping others dive into real estate, offering clear, practical advice to get started.
